Ian Calder

Dandy Projects was established by Ian Calder in 2015.

After two decades of working for major contractors in the construction industry he decided to branch out on his own.

 

His previous roles ranged from project managing, to holding a number of senior positions with companies where he was responsible for every conceivable aspect of the construction process.

 

He is also well versed in all elements of the planning control process - which can be a minefield for those not familiar with it.

 

It’s a wealth of knowledge, gleamed over 20 years - during which time he’s seen the many pitfalls of some contractors and companies - that Ian has been able to consistently deliver a thorough, expert service to the complete satisfaction of his clients.
